Why skaters choose the Dune

A good pair of soakers is cheap insurance for an expensive pair of blades. Water sitting on the steel after a session is the single fastest way to get spot rust — and once the edges pit, a sharpening can't always bring them back. Care & use

Important: Soakers are for storage and transport inside your skate bag only — never walk in them. Always step into hard blade guards the moment you leave the ice. Air-dry your Dune Soakers between sessions and hand-wash (or cool machine wash in a delicates bag) every few months to keep them fresh.

Will Edea Dune Soakers fit non-Edea blades? Yes. The Dune fits any figure skating blade up to 11 inches (28 cm), including John Wilson, MK, Wilson Coronation Ace, Jackson Ultima and Paramount blades.

What size blade will these fit a junior / Learn-to-Skate skater? They fit the full range from junior blades up to senior 11" blades. The stretch construction hugs smaller blades snugly so they won't slip off in the bag.

Can I walk in Edea Dune Soakers? No. Soakers are soft fabric and offer no protection against concrete, rubber matting or rink tile. Use hard guards the moment you step off the ice, then swap into the Dune Soakers once your skates go into your bag.

How do I wash them? Hand wash, or cool machine wash inside a delicates bag. Air dry only — do not tumble dry.
